  • Tips for drivers and guide (recommended amount minimum 7CUC per person, per day for guide and 5CUC per person per day for driver)
  • Meals other than listed on itinerary
  • Individual hotel expenses (mini bar, room service, laundry fees, etc)
  • Trip cancellation insurance (highly recommended)
Terms & Conditions:

A deposit of $1,000 per person, to be applied toward final payment, is due no later than October 2, 2017. Individuals must submit a deposit to guarantee space on the trip.  This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after the aforementioned date. (See cancellation policy below.)

 At this time, if the minimum requirement of participants has not been met, CCT will determine whether or not the trip will move forward; or if a supplemental amount will be added.

Information regarding trip cancellation insurance will be provided upon receipt of deposit from each individual.  Forms and final invoice will follow approximately 3 weeks prior to final payment due date.

Full payment will be due to Cuba Cultural Travel by November 1, 2017. 

Sign-ups after this date cannot be guaranteed.

Payment can be made by personal, business or cashier’s check from a U.S. bank account.  Credit cards and wire transfers are not accepted.

 Information on trip cancellation insurance will be provided upon receipt of deposit from each individual.  Forms and final invoice will follow approximately 3 weeks prior to final payment due date.

  • Cancellations prior to October 2, 2017 will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made between October 2 and November 2, 2017 will forfeit $1,000
  • Cancellations made after November 2, 2017 will forfeit entire cost of trip
  • All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Laura@CubaCulturalTravel.com

Cuba Cultural Travel is registered with the State of California, Department of Justice Seller of Travel Program. California Seller of Travel No.2060914-40. This program requires 100% of customer funds are deposited into a business client trust account and can only be used to pay for your services. In the event legal travel to Cuba should be suspended due to new legislation, your payments will be returned.

No refund or adjustment can be made for any portion of the services not used such as voluntary non-usage of hotel accommodations, scheduled meals or any planned activity described in your itinerary.
All travelers are required to carry a valid passport and a Cuban tourist card/visa. Travelers who were born in Cuba, please contact Cuba Cultural Travel prior to registering as the entry requirements are different.

IMPORTANT: Those without a valid passport will not be allowed to enter. Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after departure date.  Passports must be U.S. only. Foreign passports allowed only in conjunction with a valid U.S. Resident Alien card (Green Card) or proof of eligibility to enter/exit the United States.  Cuba Cultural Travel is not responsible for lost or stolen passports in Cuba.
